This is a contract entered into by Mediation.com / Arbitration.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) The Client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) on this date,

The Client hereby engages the Provider to provide services described herein under “Monthly Power Page Content Contract.” The Provider hereby agrees to provide the Client with such services in exchange for consideration described herein under “Payment for Services Rendered.”

 

Monthly Premium Power Page Content  Contract:

 

Includes the following

*4 power pages
*250 words per page
*Keyword specific
*Monthly review
*2 areas of practice guaranteed to be on the first page of Google within 12 months
*Competitive market analysis

 

 

 

I authorize Mediation.com to charge my credit card

 

Provided that Mediation.com is not successful in producing first page Google results within 12 months of this contract for 2 practice areas, Mediation.com will refund 100% of the funds pertaining to this contract

 

Should the Client fail to pay the Provider the full amount specified in any invoice within 10 calendar days of the invoice’s date, a late fee equal to 1% shall be added to the amount due and interest of 12% percent per annum shall accrue from the 15th calendar day following the invoice’s date.

Applicable Law

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of (FL) and any applicable Federal law.

 

ALL POWER PAGES WILL BE PUBLISHED AFTER FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF BEING SENT FOR REVIEW
