The Client hereby engages the Provider to provide services described herein under “Whiteboard Animation.” The Provider hereby agrees to provide the Client with such services in exchange for consideration described herein under “Payment for Services Rendered.”

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: Upon approval and installation of Google analytics on your web site we guarantee that if visits, including visits from Mediation.com don't increase we will refund 100% of the money paid for your listing at the end of your contract term.

Should the Client fail to pay the Provider the full amount specified in any invoice within 10 calendar days of the invoice’s date, a late fee equal to 1% shall be added to the amount due and interest of 12% percent per annum shall accrue from the 15th calendar day following the invoice’s date.

Applicable Law

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of (FL) and any applicable Federal law.
