This is a contract entered into by Mediation.com / Arbitration.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) The Client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) on this date,

The Client hereby engages the Provider to provide services described herein under “Ebook Hosting & Maintenance Contract.” The Provider hereby agrees to provide the Client with such services in exchange for consideration described herein under “Payment for Services Rendered.”

 

Ebook Hosting & Maintenance Contract:

 

Includes the following

* 5 pages of additional verbiage
* Creation of webform to capture leads
* Email to all leads who fill out webform

* Send copy of all leads to your email
* Reference page with links to Social Media Channels and Listing Sites
* Setup of Personal Google Plus Page to Create Authorship

 

 

 

I authorize Mediation.com to charge my credit card

 

Should the Client fail to pay the Provider the full amount specified in any invoice within 10 calendar days of the invoice’s date, a late fee equal to 1% shall be added to the amount due and interest of 12% percent per annum shall accrue from the 15th calendar day following the invoice’s date.

Applicable Law

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of (FL) and any applicable Federal law.
